Bring Any Tools, Boxes, Packing Materials & Manpower You May Need To Remove Your Items. 

Once all lots have closed, we will generate and send out Invoices. Please give our crew a least an hour to get these sent out. If you have not received your invoice by 3 p.m., feel free to give us a call and we can assist you. Please double check your spam folder if you do not see it. You will ALSO get an email and text from Shipping Saint. This is how you either SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME OR SELECT SHIPPING. There will be a required minimum $20 haul charge for any items that we have to haul back to our office because you missed the pick-up day. There is also a required minimum after hours charge for meeting our staff after the assigned pick-up day to pick-up your items. The auction company reserves the right to change the amount of the charge depending on the auction.

NEW FEATURE! You can now pay your invoice online. There is still a 3.5% credit card fee, but you are welcome to pay your invoice as soon as you get it, or wait until pick up day to pay at the cashier trailer with Cash, Check or Card. Invoices over $1,500 will require Cash or a Cashier's Check.

Lots 600 - 619 & 179 are located at 1529 Little Dixie Lane Mobile Home Community in Millersburg

Lot 180 is located at 1908 Fairview Road, Columbia, MO 65203

Atterberry office staff will call buyer at the conclusion of the sale to discuss payment arrangements for Lots 180 & 600-619. 

There will not be a cashier on pickup day for these lots. Buyer will need to come by Atterberry office to pay in person or pay using the card on file prior to picking up items. 

Items will not be released to buyers without a paid invoice.
