Please Read & Understand All The Terms & Conditions Before Bidding! Remember, You Are Required To Approve All The Terms Of The Auction Before Bidding. 

FIREARMS – Firearms purchased will have to be shipped to your local FFL Dealer, unless you are a Missouri resident and picking the firearm(s) up at the Auction site on the pickup day. If you need your gun(s) or other item(s) shipped, you must notify Atterberry Auction & Realty Company within 24 hours of the auction ending as well as sending us your FFL Dealer information where the gun(s) will be shipped. We will not ship any guns until we have received your FFL Dealer information. Regulated firearms (modern revolvers/pistols) must be shipped overnight. We will not ship any ammunition. All ammunition sold will be pick-up only.

Once all lots have closed, we will generate and send out Invoices. Please give our crew a least an hour to get these sent out. If you have not received your invoice by 3 p.m., feel free to give us a call and we can assist you. Please double check your spam folder if you do not see it. You will ALSO get an email and text from Shipping Saint. This is how you either SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME OR SELECT SHIPPING. There will be a required minimum $20 haul charge for any items that we have to haul back to our office because you missed the pick-up day. There is also a required minimum after hours charge for meeting our staff after the assigned pick-up day to pick-up your items. The auction company reserves the right to change the amount of the charge depending on the auction.

NEW FEATURE! You can now pay your invoice online. There is still a 3.5% credit card fee, but you are welcome to pay your invoice as soon as you get it, or wait until pick up day to pay at the cashier trailer with Cash, Check or Card. Invoices over $1,500 will require Cash or a Cashier's Check. Cashier’s checks (all must be from local bank & funds will be verified prior to release of any items purchased)

Tuesday, October 22^nd | 8:00 a.m.

Preview Date:

Monday, November 4^th | 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Auction End:

Tuesday, November 5^th | Starting at 1:30 p.m.

Pickup:

Wednesday, November 6^th | 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | By Appointment Only

Due to weather conditions, insufficient parking space & the lack of lighting at the site, we have adjusted pickup times to 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6^th. Atterberry Auction & Realty Co. crew will also be at the site on Thursday, Nov. 7^th 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for the lots deemed necessary for additional time for removal. We ask that buyers aim to pickup on Wednesday, unless you purchase a lot notated for Thursday pickup. The parking situation is not ideal, your help in observing appointments for pick up would be most appreciated.
