Terms of Midway Heights Fall Fest Benefit Auction

PREVIEWING AUCTION ITEMS: Auction items will be available for viewing at Midway Heights Elementary School, Saturday, October 4th starting at 3:00 p.m. The items will be displayed for viewing outside under the silent auction tent.

MAX BIDS: When you place a max bid, the system will automatically bid for you up to the amount that you have entered as your max bid. Any time another person places a bid, it will place the lowest amount required to outbid that user while staying under your max amount.

EXTENDED BIDDING: The auction is scheduled to start closing at 6:00 p.m., starting with the first 20 lots. However, if a bid is placed on a lot in the final 5 minutes, the closing time extends by 3 minutes. This continues until no new bids are placed during the extension. Only lots with last-minute bids are affected; others close as scheduled.

WINNING ITEM PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Auction winners can collect their items at Midway Heights Elementary School on Saturday, October 4th at 7:00 p.m. The items will be ready for pickup outside under the silent auction tent. Must show proof of winnings to collect items. You will receive an Atterberry Auction invoice following the end of the sale, simply showing the benefit’s contact, Morgan Twenter a picture of this invoice will do. You will also have an invoice available within your account on our website.

    ** If you are not in attendance or cannot pick up your item that night, Morgan Twenter will contact you to arrange a pickup time at a later date. Make sure your contact information is accurate on your Atterberry Auction profile.

PAYMENT: The credit card on your Atterberry Auction account will be automatically charged at the end of the auction. There is a 3.5% credit card fee added to all purchases.
