Please Read & Understand All The Terms & Conditions Before Bidding! Remember, You Are Required To Approve All The Terms Of The Auction Before Bidding. 

Bring Any Tools, Boxes, Packing Materials & Manpower You May Need To Remove Your Items. 

Once all lots have closed, we will generate and send out Invoices. Please give our crew a least an hour to get these sent out. If you have not received your invoice by 3 p.m., feel free to give us a call and we can assist you. Please double check your spam folder if you do not see it. You will ALSO get an email and text from Shipping Saint. This is how you either SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME OR SELECT SHIPPING. There will be a required minimum $20 haul charge for any items that we have to haul back to our office because you missed the pick-up day. There is also a required minimum after hours charge for meeting our staff after the assigned pick-up day to pick-up your items. The auction company reserves the right to change the amount of the charge depending on the auction.

You can pay your invoice online. There is still a 3.5% credit card fee, but you are welcome to pay your invoice as soon as you get it, or wait until pick up day to pay at the cashier trailer with Cash, Check or Card. Invoices over $1,500 will require Cash or a Cashier's Check. Cashier’s checks (all must be from local bank & funds will be verified prior to release of any items purchased)

Preview Date

Monday, February 2nd | 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Due to the unique nature of the equipment and the tight layout of the site, in-person preview is strongly encouraged so buyers can fully understand access and load-out logistics.

Staff will be available to help buyers set up accounts, submit bids and answer questions about online bidding.

Pickup Dates

To ensure safety and efficient handling, please follow the item removal schedule.

Day 1 | Wednesday, February 4th | 3:30pm - 5:30pm

All lots, unless otherwise stated, must be picked up on this day. Equipment or lots requiring special handling will not be allowed for pickup on this day. These special handling lots will be clearly noted in the lot descriptions for Thursday pickup only. 

Day 2 | Thursday, February 5th | 10:00am – 4:00pm | BY APPOINTMENT ONLY—PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

All lots designated for Thursday pickup must be removed on Thursday—unless alternative arrangements are made with the seller by contacting Kaylee at the office. We will be utilizing Industrial Enterprises, Inc. (IEI) to move and/or load select lots, this service will not be available for any alternate pickup arrangements. We ask buyers to follow scheduled appointments, yet plan for additional time as we will be removing heavy equipment in a controlled manner. These lots require chaining and careful maneuvering within a strategically arranged shop. Adhering to the pickup schedule will be key for safety. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
