Bring Any Tools, Boxes, Packing Materials & Manpower You May Need To Remove Your Items. 

Once all lots have closed, we will generate and send out Invoices. Please give our crew a least an hour to get these sent out. If you have not received your invoice by 3 p.m., feel free to give us a call and we can assist you. Please double check your spam folder if you do not see it. You will ALSO get an email and text from Shipping Saint. This is how you either SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME OR SELECT SHIPPING. There will be a required minimum $20 haul charge for any items that we have to haul back to our office because you missed the pick-up day. There is also a required minimum after hours charge for meeting our staff after the assigned pick-up day to pick-up your items. The auction company reserves the right to change the amount of the charge depending on the auction.

You can pay your invoice online. There is still a 3.5% credit card fee, but you are welcome to pay your invoice as soon as you get it, or wait until pick up day to pay at the cashier trailer with Cash, Check or Card. Invoices over $1,500 will require Cash or a Cashier's Check. Cashier’s checks (all must be from local bank & funds will be verified prior to release of any items purchased)

Pickup Appointments- With three auctions ending this week, some buyers may have invoices in more than one catalog. If that's the case, please select the appointment time at which you would like to begin your first pickup. You may start at either location—the house on East Sunny Vale Drive or our office on East Progress Place. The two locations are only 1.2 miles apart.

After completing your pickup at your first location, you may proceed directly to the second location. There is no need to schedule a separate appointment for the second location; we will assist you upon your arrival.

If you have purchases to pick up at both locations, please select an appointment time that allows sufficient time for item removal and travel between locations before pickup concludes at 6:00 PM.

The auctions ending this week will be located at two nearby locations. The West & Peterson Collectibles Auction and Variety Auction are at our Atterberry office, while the Ford Diesel Truck & Household Auction is located on Sunny Vale Drive, just 1 minute away from our office. All auctions share the same preview and pickup schedule for convenience.
